THE PINES HOUSE

For our Fire Island project, we aimed to celebrate the existing open layout and wood ceiling by enhancing it with a mid-century eclectic aesthetic, staying true to the building’s original era. Surrounded by pine trees, it was essential for us to create a strong connection to nature. This fusion of natural elements and the celebration of the existing structure became a central focus of the design. To achieve a cozy, lived-in feel, we filled the interior with a curated mix of eclectic furniture—combining both antique and modern pieces.
